Fifa Soccer 12

Fifa 12 might work out of the box with your Logitech rumblepad2 or dual action game pad, but in order to use the xbox 360 button layout, the way we are used to you have to install the following...

Download :

http://rapidshare.com/files/422778312/x360ce.vibmod.3.1.4.1.rar

or

http://xinput.googlecode.com/files/x360ce.vibmod.3.1.4.1.rar

Extract the files :

x360ce.ini
xinput1_3.dll
XInputTest.exe

Into the following directory :

\Program Files (x86)\FIFA 12\Game\

Now you may enjoy the game with full xbox 360 game support... the way it was supposed to!

  5. Yes, I've copied all the files. I see that these problems only happen in the fifa menus. When I play I can play normally :-(

  8. Still the same problem. I think Fifa detects a Xbox360 controller (emulated by Xinput) + the original controller which is connected :(

  9. I have the same problem with x360 v3.1.4.1

  10. It's working fine for me (v3.1.4.1) where v3.0 gave me the issue of moving twice in menues.

    Make sure you set :

    FakeAPI=1 #use API patching
Native=0 #experimental native mode, calls system xinput1_3.dll to support xinput compatible controller together with emulated

  11. I should also mention that I've done this :

    1. Find out the name of your gamepad in the control panel (Game Controllers), for me it was "Logitech RumblePad 2 USB".
    2. Open Regedit, hit CTRL-F and type the name of your gamepad. It should find something like :

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\MediaProperties\PrivateProperties\Joystick\OEM\VID_046D&PID_C218
OEMName REG_SZ Logitech RumblePad 2 USB

    3. Select Modify and enter "XBOX 360 Controller for Windows" (without the ").

  16. u don't need to use the drivers..go to settings outside the game, change the controller layout to the logitech F510 type at the button icons tab..easy :)

  17. I have changed the RumblePad 2 USB to the XBox controller in the Regedit as it helps it work with other games.

When i Place the emulator files 2 controllers are detected and my key mapping gets ruined (mixed up)

when i dont place the emulator files no controller is detected.

    Any help?

  18. does anyone could fix the "double press" issue?

  19. I'm a pretty big FIFA fan. It's always been a flawed game in a lot of ways but typically EA tries to fix things. FIFA 12 has taken huge steps forwards in fixing things they destroyed in FIFA 11 but glanced over some huge issues and in typical EA fashion, broke the game in a lot of ways as well.

  20. older versions had the skipping one in the menus problem. 3.1.4.1 fixes that, but has another more serious problem...the gameplay slows down to slow motion, unplayble

  21. you have to make sure the VID and PID in the x360ce.ini are the same as your controller in the registry.. enter run and typre "regedit" and go to this destination

    "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\MediaProperties\PrivateProperties\Joystick\OEM"

you'll see folders named in this format "VID_0810&PID_0001" or "VID_054C&PID_0268" click on them to see which of them displays your controller name on the right side of the window and copy the values beside the VID and PID and put them in the x360ce.ini lines VID , PID...

    1. I fixed it by deleting all the maps in buttondata file. Had to delete all because i couldn't find my specific controller name in there.
