El presidente is back, but still no pad support, and the only way to get Tropico 4 working is by using xpadder, and setup the controller the way you want it so you may enjoy the game from the sofa, without keyboard or mouse...

I don't think Tiger Woods 2012 is compatible with any controller too :(
