Grand Theft Auto IV is a kickass game, a bit disapointing that the game wont run smoothly on a HD 4670, I know it's not the best of graphics today. But todays games should atleast have the settings to make it run smooth. Anyway it's still playable at a lower framerate.
Place the files in :
Program Files/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto IV
xbox360cemu.ini
xinput1_3.dll
xinput9_1_0.dll
And it will work great. I've seen that the latest patch would actually support the logitech rumblepad 2, but I've not have had the time to try it yet.
