Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II actually support a large number of game pad's, including Logitech Rumblepad 2 and Dual Action Game Pad. This is great, and for us others that do enjoy it with the xbox 360 in game button layout feeling, you just need to download and copy the following files into the installed directory...
http://rapidshare.com/files/343322681/xbox360cemu.v.3.0.rar
\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars The Force Unleashed 2\
dinput8.dll
xbox360cemu.ini
xinput1_3.dll
xinput9_1_0.dll
I was never enable to fully enjoy the first episode in this saga on the PC, due to bad frame-rate, and other issues. Hope for this release they've at least considered to test it well...

The first one had 30 fps cap for some reasons I do not fully understand and it was garbage anyways...
ReplyDeleteYeah, this one is actually quite enjoyable compared to the first one... Thanks for a great blog!
ReplyDeleteI am using win 7 64bit and I cant get vibration with these files. that happens with some other games too. any idea?
ReplyDeleteI've never been able to get vibration work for games using these emulators, but really, do you need the force feedback to enjoy the game? I even don't use it on the PS3, :)
ReplyDeleteWell it turns out that this one has a 30 fps cap lock as well... For me it is unplayable
ReplyDeleteCan somebody upload the file again? 10x for the blog! Good job!
ReplyDeleteAny chance of anyone still having this file?
ReplyDeleteIgnore the post before this one, I got it to work without the file.
