NBA 2K11 work fine out of the box with your logitech rumblepad 2 or dual action game pad...
But if you want it working like a xbox 360 controller, you'll have to download and install the following...

Unpack the files and put them in the following directory...
\Program Files\2K Sports\NBA 2K11
dinput8.dll
xbox360cemu.ini
xinput1_3.dll
xinput9_1_0.dll
Now, you can enjoy the game as it should be played...
