Medal of Honor, kind of supports game pads, but without adding the xbox 360 support you'll get a wierd kind of controller feeling, probably as the Logitech Rumblepad 2 and Dual Action game pads wont work 100%.So I recommend you to download and copy the following files into the installed directory.

Now, the controller keys wont work in the menus, but it work fine when playing the game... The game itself actually is quite good, for people who enjoy these kind of games.

Looking with right analog stick is not working in- game, looking sensitivity is much to high, can not adjust it, who knows how to make this work?
