Extract the files :

dinput8.dll
xbox360cemu.ini
xinput1_3.dll
xinput9_1_0.dll

Place these filed into :

\Program Files (x86)\Milestone\MUD\

Or the folder where MUD.exe is located.

Then you will have to go into the controller setup, to change to Joypad. This will not give you the normal Xbox 360 gamepad icons, but it will work pretty much the same.
