Download :

Extract the files :
dinput8.dll
xbox360cemu.ini
xinput1_3.dll
xinput9_1_0.dll
XInputTest.exe
and copy them into the installed game folder :
\Program Files (x86)\Square Enix\Sleeping Dogs\
or locate : HKShip.exe
And place the files in the same folder. Got high expectations on this game, and I don't think it will let me down...

Strange thing this doesn't seem to work for me. The game just don't see Rumblepad and none of the buttons work after copying files. Before it, Rumble pad somehow works (with buttons mixed and stuff).
