Alan Wake

In order to get Alan wake to work with your Logitech Rumblepad 2 or Dual Action Gamepad, you will have to download the following.

http://www.mediafire.com/?2t9jz0dcl7qstr1

Extract the following files into the directory below:

 x360ce.ini
xinput1_3.dll
XInputTest.exe

\Program Files (x86)\Remedy Entertainment\Alan Wake\

In case you have trouble locating the directory, make sure you find :

AlanWake.exe

And place the files in the same folder. Now I'm off to try this game out.

  1. When I use these files, the game gets very laggy. First time I made this experience with your work, never had a problem with other games and your xinput files. Ahhhhh, I want to play this game ... but with pad !! :D

  8. Have the same problem can't shoot or boost flashlight. Otherwise great file didnt notice any thing about the character moving slower. Dogging throw axes or chainsaws allot better with gamepad then with keyboard.

  12. If your having trouble with the trigger buttons not working, go into the ini file and change left and right trigger to the appropriate button numbers. In my case it was 7 and 8. The files treat the triggers as an axis and not as a button, which in my case the triggers are in fact just buttons.

  13. if anyone having trigger problem, it's because triggers are not configered in x360ce.ini
