NBA 2K12 works just fine with your Logitech Rumblepad 2 or Dual Action Gamepad, but to get the xbox 360 button layout, as we want it we'll have to do the following...Download :

Extract the files :
dinput8.dll
xbox360cemu.ini
xinput1_3.dll
xinput9_1_0.dll
into the installed game directory :
\Program Files (x86)\2K Sports\NBA 2K12\
Now I'm off to test my basketball skills, with my game pad...
