After a few years of HD games on the "PC", compared to the life on the consoles, I must say I do enjoy my PC more... And why that is, simply because the lifespan of consoles are too long, today you get a far out PC that you can do a bit more with between the game sessions... And for the price that is pretty equal to a PS3 / XBOX 360. And what more is that there is just enough quality games getting released for you to actually be able to enjoy and play not to get bored of it. Sure the consoles might have a few exclusive titles, and they might be very well done. But PC has got a huge market, and it's growing fast, so I see no point why 3rd party companies should continue to do exclusive titles for just one brand. The further we walk into the future, the more these consoles will become more and more like just another PC, and then what is the point... You might just stick with your PC, and keep upgrading it every now and then. I'm sure we're already at the point where the next-gen consoles (PS4 / XBX 720), can't beet the today's PC's. The wii2 then might be a whole different story, Nintendo always liked to surprise the gamers with quality features not always available from competitors.
Let's enjoy a great coming game season... Thanks to the great rumblepad 2...

ReplyDeleteWe all appreciate the work you're doing for each and every game. It's such a huge help. Keep up the amazing work
ReplyDeleteHi can you re-upload the lost planet 2 files? Thanks
ReplyDeleteThink about it. If you do a blog like this about Xbox 360 Controller it would be like; First Templar: Plug And Play, DIRT 3: Plug And Play...
ReplyDeleteThere's no thrill that!
Just messing arround, I just adquired Hunted: Demon's Forge, and our litlle Logitech RP2 WIR seems to work fine with it.
Although, i'm having a little problem with L-AXIS, but also had the same problem with WHEELMAN, which its supposed to be compatible.
So... i'll dig google up to see what can i do.
Keep up the great work!

Since your blog is my only source for RumblePad2 support, please release a solution for "Hunted: Demon's Forge". I would be very grateful. =)
ReplyDeleteYou could always try xbox360ce, with Rumblepad 2, the game displays the keyboard keys, instead of the gamepad buttons.
ReplyDeleteI'm looking at the game now. Will be back when I'm ready.
ReplyDeleteCan you please make a profile for Capsized? It's really making problems, as it is a ported game and gamepads won't work on PC.
ReplyDeleteNicely said dude, I will always be a pc gamer...
ReplyDeletewhat is better : to have only PC gaming on this whole planet or to have many types of gaming devices for different situations and needs ?
ReplyDeletenot everyone must choose one thing only .
not everything you prefer is the perfect thing for others .
if we agree to your ideology then someone will say that only one generation of games is perfect and other types should just be cancelled at once .
people are always different ,that's why there is always many products to fulfill the requirements of the customers .
If I could choose, I go for the PC version of a game available. even a game like "Uncharted 3" exclusive for the PS3, would be even greater played on a top of the line PC. But now I cannot always choose the platform I want to play a game on so I have to have multiple... Games are software, they can be run on any kind of system, if developed for it... So it's not the hardware that chooses the games, it's the developers who choose what hardware to run their games... And I wish they always keep the PC of today in mind, for me as a customer...
