This game got built in game pad support of some sort, but it is very poorly done, I really don't enjoy this kind of built in support for average game pads, that works 80% of the functionality, you can do better using xpadder mapping the game keys as shown below, and installing the xbox 360 emulation, but edit the .ini file and dissable all pads, to make sure xpadder and built in cotroller support don't conflict, now you can get a decent game experience.But big thumbs down for not going all the way with adding logitech full game pad support guys, or following the xbox 360 controller to 100%.
I would expect a better job from team 17.

Hi, I am trying to get worms reloaded to work with my ps3 controller and xpadder but the default controller setup in worms seems to be screwing me up. Do you know of any way that I can stop this from happening as it's very frustrating.
