Extract the files :

x360ce.ini
xinput1_3.dll
XInputTest.exe

Into the following directory :

\Program Files (x86)\EA Sports\UEFA EURO 2012\Game\

if you cannot find the folder, try to locate file fifa.exe and place the files in the same folder.

Now you may enjoy the game with full xbox 360 game support... the way it was supposed to!
