Deus Ex: Human Revolution

In order to get Deus Ex: Human Revolution to work with your Logitech Rumblepad 2 or Dual Action Gamepad, you have to do the following...

Download :

http://rapidshare.com/files/343322681/xbox360cemu.v.3.0.rar

or

http://xinput.googlecode.com/files/xbox360cemu.v.3.0.rar

Extract the files :

dinput8.dll
xbox360cemu.ini
xinput1_3.dll
xinput9_1_0.dll

and copy them into the main folder of the game where the executable file is located...

\Program Files (x86)\SQUARE ENIX\Deus Ex Human Revolution\

Now you have full pad support...

  6. Just bought the digital version from Amazon and I've been trying to get my logitech gamepad working. I tried the above and so far no luck.

The XInputTest thing is working fine and it detects my controller, but I can't get it working in-game. I'm thinking maybe I put the extracted files (xbox360cemu.v.3.0 folder) in the wrong place, but I don't see another location to put them in. I have it in the folder with all the setup stuff and the big files (like zero to five of "Dues Ex- Human Revolution_disk1_0.sid"). I tried putting the whole extracted folder in this Deus Ex folder, and when that didn't work I moved the files from the xbox360cemu.v.3.0 folder to the Deus Ex folder, still no go.

    Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

  7. You need to locate the .exe file you run to start the game, and put the files in the same directory.

  9. if you got the adapters for USB and are able to run the test program successfully, maybe tweak the config, they should be able to work in game.
