Wolfenstein

After a dry month of no real good game releases for the PC, we're back with a cool game that we all been waiting for, wolfenstein. Playable out of the box with a rumble pad 2, you just need to change the controller.

But to enjoy it fully, you have to install the xbox 360 emulation and it works perfectly.

Download :

http://rapidshare.com/files/249164419/xinputemu3.0.zip

Extract and put the files into :

Program Files/Activision/Wolfenstein/SP

xbox360cemu.ini
xinput1_3.dll
xinput9_1_0.dll
XInputTest.exe

Then start the game, select controller "xbox-360...". And now you see press "A" & "B", etc... instead of just the Press [Enter], [Esc]...

This is quite a nice game, with patch 1.1 you will be able to enjoy the single player mode with save fully working.

I've not yet had a chance to fully evaluate it. I hope there is some way to turn of the blood & gore. :) So far I give it easily an 8.0.

  7. Oops...

Windows 7 does not have this directory: Program Files/Activision/Wolfenstein/SP, only C:\Program Files (x86)\Return to Castle Wolfenstein folder.

I copied the emulator files in the Wolf root directory but doesn't work...

    Anyone know the solution?

  8. Are you sure there is not a SP folder in there somewhere. anyway, you need to place it in the same folder as the .exe file that you run to start the game... try to find it.
