Extract the files :

dinput8.dll
xbox360cemu.ini
xinput1_3.dll
xinput9_1_0.dll
XInputTest.exe

and copy them into the installed game folder :

\Program Files (x86)\PROTOTYPE 2\

If you cannot locate the folder, try to search for :

prototype2.exe

And place the files in the same folder. Oh yeah, now I'll enjoy this game and I do hope it lives up to the expectations...
