Dead Space 2 seems to have native pad support, and works find for me with my dual action gamepad. In case I have any problems when running it with Logitech Rumblepad 2, I'll get back with an update...
To play it safe you can always download and add the following in your installed directory...
http://xinput.googlecode.com/files/xbox360cemu.v.3.0.rar
\Program Files\EA Games\Dead Space 2\
dinput8.dll
xbox360cemu.ini
xinput1_3.dll
xinput9_1_0.dll
And off you go on an great journey...

I have a problem with the controls. The camera starts turning as soon as the gameplay starts and I'm using a rumblepad 2.
ReplyDeleteI've had that problem with games, if the pad is how to say not properly zeroed. try unplug and replug it before starting the game. and check with the test program that it gives you a low value when not moving the stick, the lower the better.
ReplyDeletewill i had same problem and managed to fix it just use my version it's working
