Resident Evil 5

Finally it's here for the PC, I do hope the controller support is working fine.

Let ya know when I get it tested out. As my controller broke down, before I got a chance to try this one out. Talk about bad luck. Now I gotta wait until I get it replaced. Only a few months old, I'm getting less and less confident in Logitech, same stuff happened to a few of my keyboards as well (newer ones, while the old stuff just keep ticking).

1. If you haven't you should modify the registry to alter the name of your controller to say "XBOX 360 Controller for Windows".

Then download :

http://rapidshare.com/files/249164419/xinputemu3.0.zip

Extract and copy the following files into the game directory :

xbox360cemu.ini
xinput1_3.dll
xinput9_1_0.dll

This is a truly great game, will be playing this one to the end. Currently I'm stuck in batman.

    Try the tip posted for Mini Ninjas. It might work for this game as well.

    edit .ini, if you want(your prefers button, etc).
    drop to game folder all inputs dll's, thats all!

    I'm going to install this game tonight, with my rumblepad, I do hope I get it going, damn windows games without a pad just sux. and with a pad they are simply amazing, beats xbox360 & ps3. Esp since in a year or two, pc hardware will be years ahead of the old xbox360 & ps3. The real nextgen console is the PC, with HDMI + digital sound.

    the easy way is edit the
    "my documentes/Capcom/Resident Evil5/Config" file and change:
    RSTICK_VERT=Z
    RSTICK_HORZ=RZ

    for:
    RSTICK_VERT=RZ
    RSTICK_HORZ=Z

    i also change A <> B and X <> Y

    how can i turn on forcefeedback
    using newest x360ce_vibmod 3.1.4.0
    enabled UseForceFeedback=1
    enabled in the game
    enabled on the pad and not working
    also change pad name to XBOX 360 Controller For Windows
    ?

    I have macro vibration as well. Got a driver for it, vibration tests works fine. but RE5 doesn't recognize the vibrate, no matter how much I feed myself to the locals. No vibrate success.

    is there a way to fix commands for sheva?

    when i press B(3) on my rumblepad chris says 'come on'

    how do i make sheva attack?
